Postage & Packing Costs.
Postage is FREE for all orders over £25 being delivered to a UK mainland address. For orders under £25 will be a £3.95 charge.
Customer outside of the UK mainland will be sent a shipping invoice on receipt of order, calculated on the destination and weight.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK or EEC, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note customs policies vary widely from country to country. I recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

Delivery Times
I try to offer a fast service and endeavour to ship within two working days of the order being placed. I will advise at the time of order if the two day dispatch is unavailable for any reason.

Bespoke and unusual items
If there’s something you want but can’t find please contact me, I am happy to discuss any ideas you have.
I can also supply a wide range of fabrics and embroidery.
I will always confirm any quote for bespoke work in writing.


All my items are made from high quality mostly marine grade vinyl’s to insure longevity and product reliability. If you would like samples please contact me.

Please choose your products carefully, as we are unable to refund postage & packing costs on returned items. If an item is received damaged the damage must be reported within 2 working days.
Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for a refund, credit or exchange if they are returned within 7 days of receipt. This is subject to the following conditions:
Items are returned carriage paid
Items are received in a resaleable condition
Items should be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund
Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition. (We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced)
We cannot accept any items which have been specifically ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return.
All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address, order number (to be found on the invoice) and reason for return
We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc. as you may require it in event of a claim.
Products are not provided by Motochic on a trial basis. Any discrepancies with orders must be reported within 5 days of receipt. 

The products sold by Motochic should always be used in their intended way. 
Lesley Storr Designs accepts no responsibility for the use of products or the way in which they have been installed after sale.
Advice given by employees of Motochic during telephone/Internet orders is based entirely upon information given by the buyer with no inspection undertaken. As such, all advice given is indicative only and all such advice should be checked by the purchaser prior to order.
Motochic do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
